I have notified them that one of my grand daughters b day presents never arrived. They said to wait and then wait some more. After another 2 weeks I sent another e mail on 10-9-21 and still have not heard anything, They are not answering me.
I noticed now that the website is down. 10/29/21 merchandise was ordered on 9-4-21
Do no know what to think of this but I will call my credit card company for help now.
Very, very dissapointed

Tip for consumers:
If someone had talked to me or send an e mail since my last e mail on 10-9-21 .
Just nothing.......
I paid with american express and they are pretty good in helping with this and I will contact then next week for help on this.

Products used:
I ordered toys for boys and girls but the problem was with a fit bit watch never received.
They kept saying it is shipped but was not package that came. Also her birthday was 9-22 and the package came on 9-23 and ordered 9-4-21. she is also registered with them for her b day etc.
I have all the e mails to verify this but want to see if they will reply now.......???
