I ordered a Kandypen Elite through Dopeboom.com for their boo blowout sale. I already own a Kandypen that I purchaced through Kandypens.com last year that works great. I just needed a new atomizer and I was browsing and saw that Dopeboo sold Kandypens in my same model with both the coilless and the quarts atomizers with the pen. I thought cool! What a deal! Wrong... I ordered the pen with 1-3 day shipping and waited about a week before emailing them because I didnt recieve my package. Their support team responded with:
"Ahhh, no. Your order was in process and it was already shipped when you messaged us. We messed up in seeing the message from our Shipping team and sending tracking on. And for that, I'm very very sorry.
According to tracking, it will be delivered tomorrow per USPS.
I have refunded half of your upgraded shipping costs as requested for any inconvience.

So they're telling me my order got lost basically and they refunded me half of my shipping costs so I only paid standard shipping price. Okay no problem... THEN

I get my order and I open it and the pen doesnt even work! Wont respond to the 5 click turn on, tried charging the battery, tried using 3 different charging cell blocks, tried using the charger that came with my original pen i purchace from Kandypens last year. Nothing works. I emailed them again with my complaint the they had this to say:
Hey Marie!
Got it with our tech team and waiting to hear. As soon as I have something and what can be done, I'll be back to you.

Now its been about 4 days and I havent heard from their tech team. I also called the day after this previous email and was told tech would contact me between 24 and 48hrs. They also asked me to send photo and video proof of my product not working... wtf. I said you have my order number this us the only product i ordered. I still emailed the photos and video again to support with the same email I original sent. No one contacted me. I also have emailed again since then. No reply.
So here I have a product that doesnt work. No return label nothing. Bogus company. I wouldnt order from them. Dont stress yourself out. This is sad
