Their website was broken and I wanted to add travel insurance but it didnt work. So I booked the flight and it mentioned to email customer support to add travel insurance. So thats what I did. Then they didnt respond to my email, I called, left several voicemails because the line was so busy.
And eventually forgot about it.
Now I had to cancel the trip because my daughter ended up in the hospital because she nearly died. I wanted to use my travel insurance and found out they never took care of it and now dont want to reimburse me. I have all proof on email, as I sent follow up emails after each voicemail I left.
They told me to go talk to the airline, of course they dont want to deal with their own b. S.
But the mistake was made by exploretrip, not the airline.
