Sorry to say Worse customer service
Raised a case ( option contact me urgently) while I was in my Christmas holiday, no one got back to me until check out. I even Had to call the police at the hotel to sort 1 of the issues with this hotel. Then I had to open dispute when I came back and have been told that they will get back to me Within 28 days, it's now more than 2 month being ignored with no update. Tried to contact travel republic through messenger, every time they tell me that a reminder is been sent to customer service! Been left on phone call more than 40min to be told that will get back to me by email and still nothing been sorted! Will escalate it to ABTA if it's not sorted out very SOON.

No email been sent, I sent one and all I got is automated email that you will get back to me.
Still chasing, worse supplier travel republic deals with ( yalago Dubai agency). Will use all options to get my rights back
