I ordered a wig on line from this company (wigsway.co.uk), i wanted it for my holiday. However it did not arrive until over 3 weeks after I ordered it. I would not have worn it anyway because the quality was abominably poor. It looked nothing like the item they advertised. The wigs from Poundland were thicker. I wrote to the company and told them I was not happy with the quality of the product and asked them to send their address so that I could return the item. They answered more than 48 hours later despite them saying they would answer any correspondence within 12 hours. They kept putting me off and would not give me an address to send the product back. They told me to send photos etc. As I was not happy with the quality, what purpose would photographing the item achieve. They had no intention of reimbursing me. Do NOT deal with this company!
