Scammers.
I had two fraud transaction, I had to contact thousands of times the Customer support, escalating tickets, sending email to spoof and nothing. They never came back to me and each agent told me a different thing.
I don't recommend it at all, and I am wondering how can this website be legal if you have no safety and proper checks.

Horrible, incredible lack of attention
I placed a large order of 500 USD (10,000 Pesos more or less). The delivery man couldn't find any product even though everything was there (my friend also bought me something at the same time and found everything...he didn't even find tomatoes, onions, olives, capers) this carrier didn't have any will to work properly just wanted to finish without following any of the item I asked, I explained to him that I also made the I asked for water because I was going to have surgery and for a month or more I won't be able to go out and he was trying to buy only 6 liters. It took 2 hours more than the estimated time as each single stuff he asked me a replace (my phone was ringing every minute...) and in the end he deleted the order because realized that didn't want to take everything I ordered. I contacted the support and they did not support me, they just said that they were very sorry but they did not block the deliver, they did not place a new order, they did not refund me anything for my time or my purchase and the money is still not in my account. Very unprofessional since they bought Cornershop, the quality went really down, there were issues also with Cornershop but at least their customer support help you or give you voucher and refund if the situation was unprofessional (never like today). I do not recommend at all ubereats better you delete your accounts and use other more professional apps.
PS Update, I contacted them other 2 times. The second agent just closed the communication. The third one escalated to a manager whom didn't contact me yet.

Scammers and thieves
After 3 years (only) I supposed to get a refund, of course the credit card that I used for the payment was already expired, I informed 2 times the customer support providing new credit card info but they anyway refund it to the expired one. I contacted then the support 2 times, the first time they collect all my personal private info ensuring me was a safe system and that I would be refund there but eventually it wasn't the case. I so contacted the support again and the second agent told me couldn't know what the other agent do as they don't have track of it (supersafe sharing private info like this...) and that he couldn't do anything as they refund to the expired card so I should spoke to my bank (which of course told me the refund won't arrive there and reroute me to them) what a bunch of scammers and liars, I will sue them as their agent collect personal info to do what only God knows...

Updated 27/9 after this review an agent contact me telling without even reading properly the issue and wrote '' we have checked your reservation and found a total of 89.17 EUR have been refunded on the date 06/09/2023 you kindly check with the bank. In addition, If you have been asked for account-related information that is for security reasons.''
A refund to an expired card... (This was basically the 5th agent that contact me counting the first 2 I did contact to inform them this card was expired, then other 2 to tell them they refund an expired CC even if I awared them and provided the new CC and bank info, and now this 5th one)... what a disaster customer support.
They don't read at all nor listen to you so anything you say is useless. Furthermore he mentioned about security reason (asking me about another bank account and details... for security reason) didn't even understand the severe situation and that basically it was a cryme (as the agent whom asked me those info made questions not related to this profile bank/account).

They contacted me again, showing still didn't understand (basically all this was useless, and confirm even more how liars and awful is their useless support)

''We would like to inform you that the amount was refunded in the same payment method, therefore, you need to contact the bank to transfer the amount into your active account as you have been refunded from our end.''

Again about the refund to a card that is expired 2 years ago, again not even escalate the ticket after another agent stole personal info, just ignored the problem. I never had such stupid support with people that don't even read the main issue at first after 6 contact with them.

Awful support, my flight was cancelled during the pandemia, they not offer any money refund but only rewards after rise all their tickets prices... disgusting. After I booked the fligth due to some unpredictable family issues I had to cancel it and asked for a refund but they never replied my email. So I contacted their chat support and a very arrogant agent didn't help me at all, refuse the refund and even told me ''yeah, we don't use email as first contact''when I told them that I contacted them by email and never got a reply... so why the hell do you put it shown there ''send a ticket to our email'' as possible customer service support? Disgusting, what a bunch of scammers.
PS when I even mentioned about leaving some reviews the agent arrogantly said that they do not care. (and you can see... as mostly all their reviews are 1 stars)
