I ordered a T-shirt in the US to be shipped to Australia. It started out well...received a tracking number and was able to track it all the way to Australia.
Then...nothing. The item got stuck somewhere post customs and when I got in touch Rockabilia simply said to contact Australian customs myself?!? Without any item info (other than a proprietary tracking number that only their delivery company uses), Australian customs will not know what I'm talking about. It is the responisibility of the delivery company (AsendiaUsa apparently) AND Rockabilia to make sure the item gets delivered.
In other words, customer service at Rockabilia is useless and they don't take responsibility for deliveries. So, save yourself a lot of frustration and don't order from this site!
