I purchase some items around 8/15/20. I got my refund after 1 month. I decided to wait for fall to uze my EGIFT CARD. I tried using it but it did not go through i have sent almost 8 emails asking them to return my refund. THEY SET UP A DUMMY SITE ON THIER APP TO LET YOU KNOW MO ONE'S AVAILABLE. TO HELP YOU. THEY HACE NO PROBLEM TAKING YOUR KONEY OF YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD...

How do you sell a customer a pair of sneakers. And that same item sell it to another customer. That's what happened to me when I brought a pair of sneakers from Steve Madden Brooklyn location.
