VERY POOR SERVICE; OVER BILLING AND LOST PARCEL
On 29th September 2021, I left 7 parcels of the same size and weight 0'65 kg A4 containing the same book (I am the author) as a gift to my friends, 6 in Melbourne and 1 in Brisbane. I also had exactly the same parcel (same size satchel and weight) for a distinguished person in New Zealand. As an international parcel, it was picked up from me as per their rules. Two of the parcels reached the Melbourne addresses in 2 days; there is one that says in their tracking record as having been delivered (SXR7HTN) after two days. The recipient is a retired man, lives by himself, and has been home given the lockdown. No note was even left in his mailbox. I made several complaints via online and robot chat as well as live chat. They did not give me any answer nor replied to me although they promised someone would call me back. No one did.

Another parcel SFPQ3JX sent to Brisbane was claimed to have been delivered. BUT it was NOT delivered. The recipient was at home. No card was left in the mail box or at the door. My complaint was not responded to.

OVER INVOICE:

This morning I got an 'adjusted invoice'' for one of the parcels of the same size and weight as other parcels. They said, "the parcel S3K6ZNS was measured and found to be larger than the size booked. An adjustment charge has been added". I am surprised. I asked them to clarify how on earth one of the parcels (7 plus 1 to NZ) could be bigger and oversized.

This was my first dealing with Sendle, and for sure this will be the last. The delivery was slow in the same city for 4 of the parcels; one got missing although they lied that it was delivered, and quite immorally, they charged my credit card on the wrong pretext that one parcel was larger although all contained the same book and was put in the same kind of satchel.

Stay away from this company! I am not sure how these fraud companies can survive and be allowed to do business in Australia. They must be investigated. I am giving a 1 rating but if there was an option, I would rate them minus 1
