I have dealt with Sendle for 5 years. Good most of the time,hopeless the rest. Any problems they are virtually impossible to contact. We sell on Amazon and need our goods to actually be delivered. We have 3 deliveries stuck in late delivery, the longest being 15 days and this is sent in Sydney to receive in Sydney.No feedback or assistance from Sendle. Why do I keep using them? I'm probably an idiot, I sure feel like one

Worst company ever! Never been more disgusted. I spent so much time, effort and money creating beautiful hampers for staff interstate and clients. Parcels picked up on 8th December, it is now boxing day and 4 of the parcels are still in transit (3; are local and 1 is 5 hours from here) the parcels would be completely ruined by now. Customer service is a joke, if they really cared they'd pick up a phone and do something about it instead of taking 5 days to reply via email due to high demand. Never, ever, ever again. So angry. Who knows when the hampers will show up, they still can't answer that.

This mob is hopeless, unresponsive and has a "we don't care" view of their customers.

The only way to contact Sendle is via their webpage and even then its not clear.

Three weeks of daily emails and they finally respond that the item has been returned to sender - on the very day that they decide to actually deliver it.

Avoid this mob under all circumstances

Do not use Sendle if you want service of any type

Foolishly, I forgot to ask the supplier of an item not to use Sendle after the last experience I had. It was no better this time.

I work and live in a large complex that has a reception that is attended during business hours. This means that deliveries can be made even when I am not there. This usually works well and even AusPost can get it right.

I recently made an online purchase only to find that it had been given to Sendle / Couriers Please (I cant work out which does what) for delivery. I knew that I would be away for a week but naively thought that a courier would be able to work out how to deliver an item to a reception area. No such luck.

Sendle/Couriers Please made one attempt to deliver the item apparently couldn't work out how to deliver it to reception and sent me a sms to tell me to collect the item from a depot "within five days" or else the item would be returned to sender. I am not nearby - I cant get to the depot in five days.

Impossible to contact the courier - I get a "we are very busy at the moment, but will try and get back to you" type message.

So now, the item will hopefully be returned to the sender. I will have to arrange with the sender to send the item back to me (using AusPost this time).

This is not the first time that I have had a problem with this mob. Had I known that they were the preferred courier I would have either instructed the sender to use AusPost or I would not have made the online purchase.

I would not recommend using Sendle/Couriers Please under any circumstances.

More than a week of trying to contact Sendle and so far no response - its like there is nobody there - difficult to understand how to get assistance at all.

And: No the parcel has still not been received. Right now, I don't even know where it is or how to get hold of it.

Update: I have emailed Sendle every day for the last two weeks and have not yet had a single response from Sendle. Its like talking to an empty telephone.

As a last resort I have reported the matter to the Queensland Office of Fair Trading an asked for help.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use Sendle - thats the only tip I have

When will clients wake up and not use this courier company. I have twice had the misfortune of having incoming delivery goods go missing with this company. Second attempt there were 3 couriers involved with getting goods from Sydney to Dubbo and still went astray. Their excuse, "there was a delivery attempt from our third-party/local agent but it was deemed unsuccessful since the driver couldn't reach you via phone. This is also the main reason why the parcel was brought back to the main courier's depot and got processed for 'return to sender".
Apparently local agent doesn't know how make email contact either:-(

Collected items later than the pick up was scheduled with no given time, there is no contact number to reach out, they will lost your items and then will blame you to read the policy of insurance you would have opted to claim for your loss. Pathetic services with zero customer service experience and you can loose your valuables items with no scope of refunds.

Tip for consumers:
Sendle lost my items for thousands of value and have suffered following up with them for weeks and after even they declared “items lost” that ask me to read the policy for refund and insurance policy.

It's been 4 days and still no one has come to collect, There is no way to contact them other than email

Tip for consumers:
I dont know if you would have better experience if you dropped the parcel into the deport or if you lived in a busy area of the City where they frequently visit but i think you should pay a little more and actually get the parcel collected and delivered.

The most unprofessional delivery company I have ever had to deal with they stated that my package could not be delivered after constant contact with them through a chat log as they do not have a customer service line and reassuring me that it would be delivered 3 weeks later I still haven't received my package and now they have sent it back to the company I ordered from with no attempts to deliver it to my address sendle should be ashamed of themselves clearly poor management and customer service skills I hope that I never have to ever deal with this company ever again worst courier company in Australia they don't even deserve a 1 star rating

Purchased a $600+ item on "NO AUTHORITY TO LEAVE" for the package to be delivered 4 weeks after it was supposed to be to a ROADSIDE verge THREE houses from my property. ON THE SIDE OF A FOOTPATH. Not even to a house! (They sent me a picture of the package on the verge) obviously it never got to me and someone else now has taken it from the footpath. 12 emails back and forward they have taken no responsibility and said their driver said it was delivered and to take this up with the police. Even though the picture clearly shows it was not delivered to my address. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I am absolutely horrified at their lack of customer service and ability to provide a service they promise.

Worest delivery company ever.
Dropped off parcel to norminated location, but somehow wasn't showing scanned in the system. After a week investigation, I was required to provide evidence(photos, videos) to showing I have dropped off the parcel.
Been with sendle for while, messed up my parcel for many times, worest delivery company ever.

Booked a parcel for overseas in November 2021. Parcel delivered after 2 months as the deliver promised in 10 days.

Tip for consumers:
Very unreliable Courier in Australia. Cheap rates with the cheapest services provided. After sales customer support is not helpful.

VERY POOR SERVICE; OVER BILLING AND LOST PARCEL
On 29th September 2021, I left 7 parcels of the same size and weight 0'65 kg A4 containing the same book (I am the author) as a gift to my friends, 6 in Melbourne and 1 in Brisbane. I also had exactly the same parcel (same size satchel and weight) for a distinguished person in New Zealand. As an international parcel, it was picked up from me as per their rules. Two of the parcels reached the Melbourne addresses in 2 days; there is one that says in their tracking record as having been delivered (SXR7HTN) after two days. The recipient is a retired man, lives by himself, and has been home given the lockdown. No note was even left in his mailbox. I made several complaints via online and robot chat as well as live chat. They did not give me any answer nor replied to me although they promised someone would call me back. No one did.

Another parcel SFPQ3JX sent to Brisbane was claimed to have been delivered. BUT it was NOT delivered. The recipient was at home. No card was left in the mail box or at the door. My complaint was not responded to.

OVER INVOICE:

This morning I got an 'adjusted invoice'' for one of the parcels of the same size and weight as other parcels. They said, "the parcel S3K6ZNS was measured and found to be larger than the size booked. An adjustment charge has been added". I am surprised. I asked them to clarify how on earth one of the parcels (7 plus 1 to NZ) could be bigger and oversized.

This was my first dealing with Sendle, and for sure this will be the last. The delivery was slow in the same city for 4 of the parcels; one got missing although they lied that it was delivered, and quite immorally, they charged my credit card on the wrong pretext that one parcel was larger although all contained the same book and was put in the same kind of satchel.

Stay away from this company! I am not sure how these fraud companies can survive and be allowed to do business in Australia. They must be investigated. I am giving a 1 rating but if there was an option, I would rate them minus 1
