I'm so upset and disappointed at the service or lack there of NYD. I ordered a Portia and Scarlet Danielle dress for my daughter's 21st and it was to arrive within 2 weeks and after waiting for nearly 4 weeks with not even any correspondence from them for the reason even after I sent two emails. As I lived in Australia, I had to stay up at 12 pm to try to call them and after being disconnected twice. I was told by a sales lady Nicole that my dress is damaged and can't be delivered. To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement, now I have no dress for my daughter's big celebration.

Our inventory is based on what the designer provides us and we are unable to control if they are late on shipping the dress to us, for us to ship it to you.
