This company is based overseas and they don't understand English very well. And they talk in circles. Kept my money on hold for a reservation that never went through. Trying to deal with them is a nightmare. Do not use this company. The properties are ok but what you have to go through with the company to rent them is terrible.

The owner never accepted the reservation and Home Away sent me an email stating my account was not charged. However they kept the money on hold and would not release it back into my account. There customer service and account processing is apparently overseas and there is a language barrier to getting service. This company is shady in its practices. If you value your money stay away
