I don't know why I don't read reviews before ordering with a new company. My experience (today) with JustFlowers is just horrible. I ordered flowers for my mother's 90th birthday party and paid extra to have them delivered BEFORE 1:00PM. By 5:00PM they had not arrived. Needless to say the party was over, I had no gift, my mother cried that I forgot her, I cried because I was so upset and disappointed. I call the customer service department around 7:00PM and spoke with a very rude, inexperienced, very young representative and explained the situation. I asked for a manager and she said they were all gone for the day and after requesting a return call the next day she said she would do this. She had the nerve to ask me "how do you know your mother did not get the flowers" and I told her I was at the party. Can you imagine a representative of a company question the customer like that? The entire day went by and no call. I called again this evening and spoke with a second rep who was just like the first one and actually said the same, rehearsed comments. This young girl said the manager would call me back within a few minutes - gee, guess what? No call after 2 hours. Then I went on the "live chat" on their site and received the same run-around with the 3rd girl wanted to know "why I wanted a manager"? What? The live chat conversation could go on late night television it is so bizarre and rude. When I told the 3rd girl I was contacting the BBB (which I am with the transcript of the live chat) I received a call from a "manager" about an hour later. The "manager" had the same lack of concern, I don't care attitude. My only resolution to this very sad experience is to continue with the BBB and to advise you NOT to deal with this company. There are plenty of flower companies out there or deal with a flower shop personally. Save yourself the upset, tears, frustration and go somewhere else.

However, your order was in fact delivered on the date requested and we have confirmed delivery with the recipient as well. Also, upon your request to speak with a supervisor, we immediately called you back and addressed all concerns.
