I ordered 2 packages of 25 ft silver filled wire for jewelry making. I compared on package to the other one and they were not the the same gauge. I Called and it was past 30 days I purchased it 60 days and they did not even care that they sent one incorrect gauge. I was not looking for money back just to correct the error in packaging. I was told they no longer carry silver filled wire so apparently I got what was left over. I explained I would buy silver wire at a higher cost and was toldI could place the order but no credit or exchange was offered. I know I it was past 30!days but they sent wrong product. I am stuck with a $28.00 worth of silver I can not use. The woman was rude and they discontinued the product for a reason. The company does not put customer first even when it's there error
