I really had high hopes. I decided to spend the money because it was an investment in my future. However, the letter I received did not have my name on it, so I wonder if the letter was tailored for me or if they sold the same letter to me and someone named Margaret. Faculty was spelled facility on my resume. The dates of employment history on my new resume didn't match the resume I has provided them. When I was asked for more details on my work history, they didn't improve what I wrote just added it to the resume.
