Used this website twice. The first time years ago and lost all of the info i'd spent hours putting in so gave up. Tried again today onlt to be thwarted at the last bit. Won't accept my details as it says i already have an account and submit a password. Tried doing new password won't accept. Also now says my birthdate doesn't match my account. Confused? Yeah you bet!
