With Covid-19 travel restrictions I needed to cancel my reservation upcoming in 3 weeks. The original contract states a full refund given if cancellation notice of 48 hours or more. Now they are seeking to keep $50 due number of cancellations they are experiencing and not honoring their original promise. Although I am sure they will collect their losses eventually through the government benefits they are seeking more through their customers of which I am sure many are suffering financially as well.
