They have a nice variety of pieces to consider for purchase, but you must watch your credit card for hidden charges. Twice, they have charged me for "damaged" returns. The first time it happened, I asked for a description of this damage and, while no explanation was given, the charge was promptly refunded to me. The second time was for an item that I did not even remove from packaging. I canceled my elite membership because I find this company very untrustworthy. I have not had a negative experience with customer service, though. They respond quickly to my concerns, but I do not want to have to deal with fighting with them every time I must return an item.

Please note that our warehouse will expect these sets in their new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition to prevent penalty charges.
For this reason, all returned items go through a thorough sanitary inspection when received in our warehouse. If your return did not pass the standard quality control, the set will be tag as "Dirty" or "Damaged". But it doesn't mean that the sets are damage.
Please understand that as a lingerie company, we place great importance on the sanitary aspect of our services & products.
