There is a young lady at JoAnn's in the Renton Highlands that I have not seen before. She blew me away with her knowledge, energy, patience and courtesy. I hope she is a manager because she acted like one. I have not received that kind of service in years at a retail shop and I wish I knew who she was. Embarrassed that I don't even remember details but I THINK glasses, 5'7" or 8' because of her presence. Slender and overall wonderful. This was right after Christmas and maybe she was just filling in. I will see if I can find her again next time I go in and add a name. JOANNs I hope you are reading this. (Everyone there is great, by the way!~)

So yeah. Safeway. Being going there for years. Went to QFC and figured out a big difference. Safeway won't call up extra cashiers when it gets busy! Has anyone noticed this? Albertsons still does even though they were bought out by Safeway. My son even stated this ( he worked for another chain) and said that Safeway was notorious for this: not calling up extra checkout help. Done with ya. Oh and watch out for Chevron who says the Safeway points will save you money at the pump. The one near me on Sunset in Renton ups their prices to cover that difference! Done with you too!

This was the most frustrating online experience I have ever had! Watch out for the BS that Groupon set the shipping prices... I put in an order and first it said I needed higher DPI so I changed that. Took hours! Then it still said not enough DPI but it was. Then put in as if no discount - $16 shipping. Then when the Groupon code went in it changed shipping to $25! What the heck! The condescending person I called said Groupon sets the shipping. What? Watch out for the automatically checked options at the end of your order before paying. They check two things as if YOU wanted them, hoping no one would notice. Crappy company... I may just eat the Groupon! Too late to get my money back, which btw shipping equaled that Groupon price!
