I ordered a rather expensive floral arrangement for the 50th wedding anniversary of one of my best friends. It was to be delivered to her home & I had to confirm her address, etc on the website. I ordered it to be delivered on a Thursday. Got an email saying they were not able to reach anyone at the residence on Thursday. Got the same email the next day, even though someone was there both days. Then Saturday got an email confirming delivery. BUT the order was never delivered. I called Teleflora on Sunday & they re-issued the order. Within hours, I got an email CANCELLING the order. And only a partial refund- SO FAR. I'm not done with them yet.
