Placed an order on 6/6, showed shipped on 6/8. No movement since 6/12. Called yesterday and was told nothing could be done until 7 days with no update. Asked what happened s after 7 days and was told I would get a voucher for their website. Asked if new order would be expedited and told NO, normal shipping! By far the WORST customer service experience EVER! No concern about making things right for the customer!
