I have shopped this site years before the Nordstrom take over. The service and merchandise has dropped severely. I actually receive 1 correct order out of 5. The customer service reps are so sweet that it is annoying because you know they aren't able to do much more than answer the phone. I have yelled screamed and cried dealing with the many errors. It is like dealing with a bunch of 11th graders. They think they know everything... NOT! They won't listen to you but continue to take your mom. This is beyond frustrating.
