I am a software developer, As a developer Fiber connection speed works for me. But downtime service should improve. My fiber connection goes down at 8.30 AM and I informed customer care. They told me that within 2 or 3 hours the technician will come. But now the time is 4.40 PM still no any action for fix connection. Already 8 hrs gone but still no fix. As a country, we can't develop like this. Please improve your customer technical service.
