My experience with SLT has been really disappointing. They're supposed to help with communication, but it's super hard to get in touch with them. I've tried calling and emailing them lots of times about my connection problems, but they hardly ever answer the phone and when they do, I'm left waiting forever or told to fix things myself.
I'm a busy person, like many others and I can't keep taking time off work to go to their service centers over and over again. Even when I followed their advice and visited the Avissawella SLT section multiple times, they just sent me to Homagama in the end, making things even more frustrating.
It doesn't make sense that a company providing a service can't come to us to fix problems. Instead, they make us run around trying to sort things out ourselves which is really stressful.
Even though I always pay my bills on time, I end up with lots of unused data because of their service problems, which feels unfair.
Overall, I'm really unhappy with the way SLT treats its customers. They don't seem to care about helping us out when we need it most. I'd warn others to think twice before choosing them for their communication needs.
