They blame it on COVID but Amazon answers their phone and has a phone number to go with it. So what does Amazon know that Ebay don't? Anyway stay clear of the Ebay App. They try to entrap you to get it with 10.00 off next purchase, but it is hell. Stay clear. Not worth it. No sign in or out options. They tAke your user name one time Hy jack your phone and don't give you the same options as www.eBay.com does. App Lot prettier, but doesn't work, not user friendly. It's designed for young children that like what looks better not what work better. Tech takeover, and they don't offer 10% discount like they used to on classic ebay.
