Terrible customer service. The return shipping label was addressed to the forever 21 across the street from my house. When I went to the store to drop off the package, I was told I couldn't return it this way and I would have to pay to have it shipped to the exact same store. Not only were the customer service representatives rude but the policy makes no sense. Will never shop here again

Furthermore, I am happy to see that you have been in contact with our customer care representatives and were assisted with your request. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, we no longer have the option to cancel it.
However, we do understand that shopping for intimates can be tricky and that is why we offer free exchanges and easy returns. We could also see that you successfully started a return process.
