Hello Lee, thank you for your feedback! I am very sorry that the package was returned to sender. Our number one concern is customer satisfaction. When entering the address in our system, please be mindful that only so many letters can be entered on address line 1. If you are including an apartment, unit, suite, or space number to utilize address line 2. As if entered on all in one line, it will cut off the ending.
