I have made many hundreds of orders and I'm not impressed how I'm promised a refund and it isn't in my account or my credit card, no refund! Also get run around from sellers and amazon both are rude to top it off!
Some products are complete junk and some knock offs.look for products in brick and mortar stores and cheaper too that way!

Yes some refunds were not received as told on a few occasions by amazon and sellers..also they were rude and didn't wish to deal with my issues..I will always check brick and mortar stores plus better deals and real products not fake as dome products are with amazon even heard this from many that products are fake much of the time especially supplements and beauty products. I've also seen much better prices in stores than amazon.

Pennington customer service in Peterbrough was absolutely very friendly and helpful. Giving me a refund (for boots I bought and wore that started to separate) without any problems whatsoever. Makes me want to shop their store more knowing they stand behind their products.
