Called 3 times to get a refund due to Covid going on and not being able to go to Disney. All they could offer was a credit voucher, not a refund. This should be able to be refunded and not just used as a credit voucher. I will never buy from this company again!

Products used:
Purchased Disney tickets, then the pandemic hit and we couldn't use them. They extended the tickets, but we don't feel comfortable traveling with it still going on.

We deeply apologize but credit vouchers are given to the guest so they can rebook when needed. Instead of advising the guest their order is final, we decided to provide credit vouchers to the customer that do not expire. However, please provide us an order number and we can definitely look into this concern for you. Thank You.
