Purchased from this company since 2008. Quality and workmanship is good for most items. Long time buying experience has taught me to differentiate between the high quality and low quality products. If unsure, I buy 1pc to check out. Their response in regards to defect complaints (beads falling off, material tear) is simply to keep silent. So if you have problems, don't expect much from them. I certainly don't. Experience has taught me that. I simply sell the defect products at cost on my website.
If an item is out of stock, they will email you and say they will "keep your money for your next order." I insist for a refund right away and even had to resort to opening a complaint via Paypal, as dear-lover team don't respond to email.
So guys, you may buy from Dear-lover but don't expect much from them in terms of customer service (keep your expectations low!). Their products are good, but you need to know which items to select.
