I wrote in with a very specific question and the first response given was very vague and did not provide me with any insight I got that same information from the web the first guy seemed to lazy to address my concern but when I wrote back you all assigned sassigned someone else wither with more experience or cared and really too the time to u sweat and my original question and I did get the information I was questioning please ensure your professionals are reading and u sndeestanding what is being asked before they reply.
