BEWARE THIS COMPANY! I ordered about $120 of merchandise for our company's annual JAN sales kick off just before going away for Christmas. Despite the dimensions given on the website, sadly they were all smaller than stated. After returning from travel and trying them on, I went to return them, and was told that my return request falls outside their very short 14 day return window (which stunned me; TWO WEEKS?). Now I am stuck with $120 of items that do not fit. BUYER BEWARE!

Angi needs to improve their contractor biz. You are required to pay UP FRONT and then you are not told if the contractor is not coming. You have to call them to even find that out.

Angi needs to tell someone if a contractor is not coming before they change their work day, twice.

BUYER BEWARE. I had to insist on a refund. This portion of their biz is going to spiral them to lower ratings.

I barely escaped both having to keep my product and then, as a solution, being charged $25 to return it. Houzz took a month to get the product to me and then said I had only had a month to return it. Only by fighting for free return shipping did I get it. With so many really customer-friendly vendors out there who don't make me feel concerned that I won't be taken care of, why would Houzz choose to be so difficult? Plenty of other vendors sell this product. I know I will never order from them again. Buyer beware!
