Paid £25 for two games and they arrived and are heavily scratched and in terrible condition one of the games couldn't be read by my console, how the staff did not notice the terrible scratches is beyond me, I think they need to go to spec-savers and have their eyes tested. As always CeX are slow to respond to support emails and there is no other way of contacting them. They take forever to process refunds online and I am fed up. I wanted to play need for speed and bmx xxx to help pick my mood up and as always CeX let me down
