“Horrible service and Ignorant Rep. And No package or refund”

I placed my ordered November 11,2020 and here we are December 18th and still no package. At this point I just wanted a refund. I click the little bubble and tried talking to the rep. Is there a number I can call and talk to a real representative because I was not happy nor am I satisfied with my services from the company. So I'm speaking and expressing my dissatisfaction with everything and their responses were so ignorant. I have screenshot to prove just how rude and unprofessional they were.

Tip for consumers:
I will never order from here again. People please beware of this company and how they deal with raising issues.
