Placed an order, 30 seconds later changed my mind and tried to cancel order was told it was too late for 2 out of 3 items. Called and stated I wanted to cancel! Was told I could, then because of the way they were charging, they tried 3 times to take the money from my account it was marked as fraud! So I told the bank YES, I placed but tried to cancel. They said fine we have denied payment. What did this company do? They kept my information and tried again and again, THEN shipped the items anyway and went after me for payment. How many times do you need to cancel or deny before you people get it. I DON'T WANT ANYTHING FROM YOU, EXCEPT MY MONEY BACK THAT YOU MANAGED TO GET WHEN MY ACCOUNT UNBLOCKED!
