So I got and email saying I had 20.00 in surprise points. So I made an online order. One of the items I had to return...worth 19.99. Drove out of state to return these shoes. The clerk said I would get my points back. I tried to buy something..and only had .34 in points. They said it takes time. Sent an inquiry...and since the original date of the original offer had expires...I GET NOTHING BACK IN POINTS. Had the clerk told me this...I would have kept the shoes and given them to someone. So I was out the shoes and the points. What a rip off. Plus I bought 25.00 in candy that day thinking I had 19.99 in points...and when I went to check out...I only had .34 cents...but they told me it just takes time to get the points. WRONG. Plus I never got the 5.00 bonus I was supposed to also get for buying the candy. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS PROGRAM...nor do they care.
