Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I ran a simple test and the auto-reply feature was not working correctly - one message received sent our tester 4 REPLIES. I also asked for a price match as they have on their website for a competing service, since I could do everything there I could at their service. They said no and offered 30% off a year when I made it clear my use was for a short period of time. Then they had the audacity to send them details of how their competitor works. No thanks, you should be doing that already! They are also fighting my Paypal request for a refund since the product doesn't work like I expected and I used it for a few message tests. Unbelievably disappointed, this is customer service 101.
