I booked a flight in August 2018 through Travelgenio from Incheon to LAX to fly in March 2019. They started emailing me in January of 2019, changing the itinerary multiple times over a week period. They ended up not being able to honor the original flight I had booked and the new options were not going to work for me. They offered to refund me the full amount since the airline could not honor the flights. This was on a February 1,2019. They told me it would take 30-90 days to process the refund and return my money. I have been emailing every week or two to check in and have not been given any information about the status of my refund. I've been waiting 98 days now with no reply and I have not received a single cent back. Don't waste your money and time with this company! They are fraudulent and have terrible customer service that consists of automated responses and no real replies.
