I placed my order in late August and had not received after about two weeks. A quick email asking when I could expect my order received a prompt reply of "the week of Sept 17". Arrived as promised, still frozen (very well packaged), and super tasty. I just ordered two more 3lb packs of the frozen chili.
Tip for consumers:
Have reasonable expectations as to order fulfillment, be patient and be nice.
