Most functions are easy to figure out. The interface is relatively user-friendly. But the Eshop settings are less clear. You have categories, collections and web pages all within the Eshop. Help does not explain how to link these. For instance, how do you show only a particular category of products on a specific page within the Eshop? Not clear. They claim they will respond within 24 hrs - particularly for premium customers. I am on day 4 with no response to a request marked urgent. Clearly they don't care that much about their customers. That alone subtracts 2 stars.
