I purchased a couple personalized wine glasses for my bridesmaids of my wedding coming up in October. I was so excited to receive these glasses for my girls. I had waited a couple days to ask about tracking, because the receipt I received in my email inbox said to respond to it to receive updates and tracking on my order.
I sent my email, and a couple days later I received an email that my order has been processed and was ready to ship and that I would receive tracking when they receive it. This messaged was sent to me Monday, Jan 16th. So I waited a couple days, thinking I was going to get my stuff since it WAS ready to ship.
Turns out, I never received any tracking for this order. I emailed again to the support service and asked if they had tracking for this yet. Didn't hear back from them, and after a week of waiting I was getting impatient.
I called the "customer service number" they have posted on their site, and left a voice mail, because no one answered the phone. I was disappointed that I waited another couple days and still no feedback on my shipment.
Called again and asked about where my stuff was, of coarse yet again I never got ahold of anyone, and I was calling at 2 o clock in the afternoon on my lunch break mind you, so it's not like they were closed in the middle of the day. Was sent to voicemail twice and left a nasty voicemail about why I have yet to hear back from them and where my things were.
After I got off the phone I sent yet another email to the support group, requesting a response immediately, and that I was not happy. A woman named Claire, who had originally told me my stuff was going to ship on the 16th responded back to me apologizing about the delay, and sent me my tracking number.
Now not only was I not impressed on the delay, but the shipping for these TWO items was outrageous. I had to pay 50 some dollars for 2 glasses that were already costing me 14 dollars and some cents. I had ordered a couple engraved Zippo lighters for our groomsman that took a third of the time to receive, and I ordered these two products on the same day.
I sent an email to the company stating I will NEVER be buying from their company again. I also let them know I am also with an online business and we never treat our customers like this. We respond to emails and voicemails that day. Not 2 weeks later.
