Ordered glass souvenirs and have yet to receive them, a week later. I even paid for the (3) day shipping. Worst of all I'm calling to check on my order and I am being directed to a personal voice mail. Horrible!
They communicated with me at every step of the way with my individualized purchase for my wedding. I feel like they went above and beyond my expectations. They sent me more than I ordered. The mugs were beautiful. There was an error with the lids and they realized it before I did and handled it in a more than satisfactory way very quickly. They have been kind, pleasant, and understanding. The company met all of my needs including ones I didn't realize I had!
Imagine a company preying on people that are bright-eyed and happy just trying to celebrate something beautiful. Welp. You found them. I placed an order and 2 weeks later still no shipment/tracking confirmation. I ordered standard little glass jars, meaning: no special order, engraving or anything else necessary, just take them off the shelf and ship them. I have called 15 times and left voicemails to no avail. I have sent emails and received and auto-reply that they will respond within 24 hours. Nothing. UNBELIEVABLE AND SHAME ON YOU! I will be disputing this with my credit card company and ordering elsewhere. I should have known better from the name alone.
Ordered 85 personalized wine glasses on 6-4-19, received them 6-12-19 and they are amazing! I emailed for a shipping date and received an email back within just a fee minutes. They are everything I hoped for an more!
I placed an order for a custom cutting board. We are a repeat customer and have always had a great experience but this time was different. A mistake was made on the date and I immediately sent an email. I was reassured the correct date would be fixed. 3 days later I get another email saying the date would not be fixed and I could not return the product! I will not be shopping here again.

I will use this company for all of my future parties. My shipment arrived in the schedule 7 days, packed and shipped professionally. Nothing was broken or chipped. A representative called me within 24 hours of my call. I am not sure why there are negative statements but my experience has been great!
I placed an oder for custom glassware for our upcoming wedding, and customer service is horrible! I was under a tight time line and it has taken over 4 days to communicate back and forth with this company. I have requested rush shipping and they have STILL not contacted me so I can pay the additional charges and confirm the order! Now time is running out and I won't be able to have anything! Terrible customer service, and stay away if you are in a hurry for anything!
I placed an order i paid 127. My order was supposed to be one week after and a month passed and nothing. You can call thousands of times a day and nobody pick up. What kind of company is this

Horrible. Do NOT ever buy anything from them. I ordered customized (painted) wine glasses. I did not get a confirmation email. I got a shipping notification without any details about my order. I washed the glasses the morning of the party and the paints completely faded. I have been calling the customer service number since then and nobody answers the phone. It has been over a week of calling multiple times a day, including evenings.
DO NOT ORDER from this business. I ordered favors for my daughters wedding. They said would ship in 12 days. No order #, no confirmation came. Tried to call. Left messages. No one returned calls. Started emailing. They didn't answer me until I said I would contact bank and reverse debit. Rude behavior in emails. Said they would ship next day, never did so started emailing again. They didn't answer. Finally called bank and had debit reversed. Horrible service, They have no idea what service is.
Ordered items in February 2018 for baby shower client. Received invoice payment received. Waited a week and decided to contact cheap favor. To my surprise there was no answer to phone call and no response to email. Had to call BBB in New York to get response after 4 weeks. They sent an email said the items were completed and a FEDEX label was created (TRUE, BUT IT WAS STAGNANT). Then I get email saying refund was approved. This is a sham company. Please do not order any items-you will be HEARTBROKEN!
I must admit, I was skeptical after reading many negative reviews. However, I took a chance as they do offer the lowest prices. Yes, they do not answer their phone. Yes, they take their sweet time to answer emails.
Fortunately, our wedding is in September, so if these didn't work out, I still had time to go to plan B. Well, even a blind squirrel can find an acorn! I submitted my order a month ago for 15 oz wine glasses and it arrived yesterday with no breakage. Also, they engraved our own artwork (map of Block Island) which I uploaded and they came out better than I expected. So, for every bad story, there is a good one. Hope this helps any future buyers out there.
I ordered 9 oz. Stemless wine glasses in blue. Received a photo proof and approved it as it looks great. However, the glasses came in silver and I put one of them in the dishwasher on "Light/China" and almost all of the painting came off! I have been calling and emailing for 4 days with no response other than a computer generated email saying they'd be back in touch within 24 hours. This was for client Christmas gifts so now after paying them money up front, I'm screwed.
I ordered personalized fans for my daughter's wedding. What I got were blanks. Customer service is horrible. No one will answer. You have to leave a message. No one will answer emails.
The team over at cheapfavorshop is awesome, I needed to have wine glasses made for a wedding for my daughter. I spoke with Jason and he helped me throughout the entire process, these are not people just looking to try and make a dollar, these are people who are there to provide a service and it may have very well have been the best customer service I have ever experienced
Justin was compassionate to my loss, he understood the importance of what this memorial game meant to me and having the right tee shirt made,
He delivered big time, he provided quotes, he made suggestions that even helped me save money as well as get the most out of my money.
They Delivered! Literally the quality of the shirt and the design exceeded my expectations and I will be using cheapfavorshop again!

Very poor customer service! With the sample I ordered, I also ordered the gift box. It was sent with a white ribbon. After telling me no other colors were available, I ordered them thinking I would get what came with the sample. I received the order with no ribbon at all. After reaching out to them, they shipped me silver ribbons! So now, I contact them again. Their answer was that the white was no longer available and they could not help me. When I explained my frustration that I was sent a sample with white ribbon and expected to have it they said "Unfortunately, the item you purchased does not automatically come with ribbon. We send out the ribbon as a gratis. It is the customer's option to use the free ribbon." I definitely got ripped off! Ribbons expensive and now I have to purchase this on my own.

Tried 6 times for last two days to talk to someone about an order I wanted to place. Never got to talk to anyone. I Left messages to call me about placing an order on 4 of six attempts. After this frustration I then decided to look over some reviews on this company and am I glad I did! I will NOT be placing my order for 250 engraved wine glasses with this company. With the negative feedback I have read, this company should just just pack up and close shop. It is doing no one any good with its horribly poor and severely lacking customer service! I realize i am better off than so many others who ended up having to deal with the poor service of Cheap Favor! I will spread the negative word on this company.
If I could, I would rate Cheapfavorshop a 0. After ordering from them for an event they sent our order to the wrong state and said that they couldn't get the product re-routed within a week. Our original delivery was supposed to arrive 2 weeks before our event, and with a week before our event they said they were unable to reroute or send us new product on an expedited shipment. When we asked for a refund as the glasses still are nowhere to be found and the delivery company doesn't know when/if they will arrive, they said that they cannot issue a refund for the product. DO NOT USE CHEAPFAVORSHOP. Scam.
While the product was mostly nice (we received a couple glass coasters that were chipped) and looked the way it was supposed to. I am not frustrated with the quality, as I was actually expecting much worse for the price. However, actually receiving the product we ordered has been an awful experience. It has taken over a month to receive our order, and when it finally shipped (after two inquiries to customer service), we only received a quarter of the product we had paid for. Customer service has been slow to respond and slow to take action. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
