I ORDERED PRINTED MASON JARS FOR GRAD PARY AND CHOSE 1 OF 2 STOCK IMAGES THEY PROVIDED WITH GRAD CAP, BUT IT HAD 2016 ON THE IMAGE. I NEEDED IT TO BE 2020, BUT THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION ON THERE ORDERING PROCESS. I ORDERED AND SENT MESSAGE THROUGH THERE SITE THAT THE YEAR NEEDED TO BE CHANGED TO 2020. I ALSO CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES ON VOICE MAIL THAT I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT YEAR BEING CHANGED AND WANTED CONFIRMATION. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK OR RESPONDED IN ANY WAY. I RECEIVED THE JARS WITH 2016 AND CALLED THE COMPANY STILL ONLY GETTING VOICE MAIL AND LEAVING SEVERAL VERY UPSET MESSAGES. I FINALLY GOT AN EMAIL STATING THEY WOULD NOT FIX THE ORDER OR ISSUE A REFUND. I AM DISPUTING WITH MY BANK. NO HELP FROM THIS COMPANY. BEWARE!

Still dissatisfied

I have now left 4 emails for his company. Once again no answer, no response. It is frustrating enough planning a wedding and dealing with this company has just put me over the edge. I have ordered and paid for things that have not come, my wedding is in two weeks. Emails have gone unanswered, no one ever answers the phn. Please do not order from this company, they truly do not care. La Vada Livingston

I ordered from them a couple years ago and they did a fantastic job. Fast forward, I needed a favor for a banquet and decided to support again. I paid for rush order so that I would have them the week before and even ordered a gift. It took a couple days to tell me my artwork wasn't clear enough. When I uploaded two additional pics, still days to respond. I then sent the replacement text and no response. When I did reach someone they escalated my issue and some was supposed to call that day. Two days later, I received an artwork proof. I replied and asked if my items would arrive on time and no response. The day before my event, I received an email stating that I would not receive them the next day and I asked for a full refund. I was emailed back saying I would be refunded. When I asked for a confirmation or receipt, no reply. That was last Friday. I reached someone on the phone Monday who needed to make sure everything went through and call me back. She verified my name and number and as if today (Thursday) no response and still no refund (1 week later). I plan events and was still considering using them for a 300 piece order, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible Service
November 5, 2015

After 3 weeks of going back and forth with this company we have decided to cancel an order that we never actually placed. We decided to upload our own image for a mason jar and although the design was never ok'd they still went and charged our CC. Horrible policy! Could you at least let me see my design first before charging me? Emails back and forth were sporadic at best, with no one ever resolving anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I purchased 130 of the stemless wine glasses, personalized for my wedding. I had mistakenly submitted the wrong text that I wanted, so I emailed and called them and left a message asking to change the text before the order went to production. A few days later I received an email that the text would be changed. I received the glasses in just a few short weeks. They changed the text as I requested, and sent 5 additional glasses above what I ordered and none were broken in shipping. The glasses were smaller than appeared in the picture, and on each and every glass the text is printed crooked, and the "1" in 2016 has a gap on every glass. Additionally, the text was proportionally smaller on the glass than pictured (I bought the same text as the picture).

The team over at cheapfavorshop is awesome, I needed to have wine glasses made for a wedding for my daughter. I spoke with Jason and he helped me throughout the entire process, these are not people just looking to try and make a dollar, these are people who are there to provide a service and it may have very well have been the best customer service I have ever experienced
Justin was compassionate to my loss, he understood the importance of what this memorial game meant to me and having the right tee shirt made,
He delivered big time, he provided quotes, he made suggestions that even helped me save money as well as get the most out of my money.
They Delivered! Literally the quality of the shirt and the design exceeded my expectations and I will be using cheapfavorshop again!

While the product was mostly nice (we received a couple glass coasters that were chipped) and looked the way it was supposed to. I am not frustrated with the quality, as I was actually expecting much worse for the price. However, actually receiving the product we ordered has been an awful experience. It has taken over a month to receive our order, and when it finally shipped (after two inquiries to customer service), we only received a quarter of the product we had paid for. Customer service has been slow to respond and slow to take action. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Great job

Cheap favor shop did an amazing job on my favors for my wedding. I am in love with them. I ordered 201 of them and I got 240 of them and none of them were broke. The estimate date for the shipping was December 27 and they arrived December 21. Shipping was fast and arrived safe. Thank you cheap favor shop.

I'm not sure who writes these reviews unless its a competitor. I was terrified after reading them so I called the company and spoke with a representative.
After speaking with them I decided to go ahead and order my stemless wine glasses for my wedding. The communication was perfect. I received updates and email confirmations. I even received an email to let me know my glasses would be delayed a few days. The customer service was exceptional and my glasses arrived by the day promised, on time! I ordered 110 glasses, all arrived safe and even a few extras were included. Not one glass was broken or damaged, They are perfect! I couldn't be happier with my decision to order. Do not listen to these negative reviews. Order at least 6 weeks in advance of your event and you will not be disappointed! Excellent product and customer service. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is wanting a quality product at a good price!

Love my glasses!

I ordered stemless wine glasses for my engagement party. I absolutely love them! I ordered 40 and they sent 43 just in case one broke in transit. When they were delivered, only one was broken. I would definitely use their services again!

I placed my order on May of 2017 and was nervous after reading so many negative reviews. When I first placed my order I did call and speak to a live person, she was really nice and helpful and even offered me a promo code for the inconvenience of the American Express not working that week on their website for payment. I sent an email to ask when my order would be shipped out and got a reply back within less then 24 hours. I then got an email letting me know it shipped out on May 31st and happy to say I just received my order today June 6th! The packaging was execellent I am soooo happy. The production time took about 3 weeks however shipping was so quick so for all the negative people stop it! I'm sure you are not ordering on time. My wedding is not till the end of July and I placed my order the beginning of May so if you are wanting to get your order in time just make sure to order in a timely fashion and stop giving such bad reviews because everything was perfect including packaging and all.

Items were ordered in March - we were told they were to arrive on the 18th of May, told they were shipped on the 11th, 16th, and 18th of may and they sent the favors GROUND with a delivery date of 5/22 and the wedding is 5/20. Their phone number doesn't even work... SPEND a little more and don't give them your money

Buyer Beware

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order on December 31,2015 and was told that my order would be shipped in seven business days. Not true, on day ten I called and emailed the company there was no response. Two days later I received an email saying that my order was being processed. My event was in four days, I was in panic mode so I called and emailed again no response. The coasters arrived the day before my event and they were incorrect. Yes I tried to contact them and you guessed it no response. Finally today I get a live person Claire I emailed her and showed her what I ordered and what was received. She said that they will credit my account. I am waiting for that to happen. I don't believe it will.

Do NOT BUY!

Do NOT buy from Cheapfavor shop! They have poor customer service and do not work with you in correcting THEIR mistake. I received inscribed mini mason jars instead of receiving 16oz mason jars. When I called to try and get the situation resolved I was told to just make a new order after they had hung up on me the first time. Horrible experience and DO NOT waste your money!

My order was a week late. The print on the glasses are faded and half of them are broken. My order came the day before me event which puts me in a crunch to find replacement. No one answers the phone and the emails aren't returned in 24 hours as stated. By the way "Claire" is the one responding to the emails. I don't think she's even a real person. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

DANGER! KEEP AWAY!
November 23, 2015

I ordered favors for my wedding on November 3, i'm writing this on Nov. 23rd and i STILL don't have my favors for my wedding on November 28. When i finally got someone on the phone, i asked WHEN my order would be shipped and he told me i could have them shipped to the place i'm having my wedding and they MIGHT get there by Friday (the day after Thanksgiving). He did mention that they COULD overnight them for between $800-$1000. After discussing with my irate fiancee i called back and had to leave a voicemail (again) and told them if i won't have these things, at my house by Wednesday (Nov. 25) that i want my money back. The only reason i'm giving them one star is because it won't let me give them none. Please do not order from these jokers!

Whatever you do do not order from Kate Aspen or Cheap Favor Shop for wedding stuff they have horrible businesses practice and are trying to pass off this yellowish color as tangerine they won't exchange or give me my money back and they told us we don't care about the quality you received as long as we get our money!
