I ORDERED PRINTED MASON JARS FOR GRAD PARY AND CHOSE 1 OF 2 STOCK IMAGES THEY PROVIDED WITH GRAD CAP, BUT IT HAD 2016 ON THE IMAGE. I NEEDED IT TO BE 2020, BUT THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION ON THERE ORDERING PROCESS. I ORDERED AND SENT MESSAGE THROUGH THERE SITE THAT THE YEAR NEEDED TO BE CHANGED TO 2020. I ALSO CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES ON VOICE MAIL THAT I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT YEAR BEING CHANGED AND WANTED CONFIRMATION. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK OR RESPONDED IN ANY WAY. I RECEIVED THE JARS WITH 2016 AND CALLED THE COMPANY STILL ONLY GETTING VOICE MAIL AND LEAVING SEVERAL VERY UPSET MESSAGES. I FINALLY GOT AN EMAIL STATING THEY WOULD NOT FIX THE ORDER OR ISSUE A REFUND. I AM DISPUTING WITH MY BANK. NO HELP FROM THIS COMPANY. BEWARE!
