Ordered jacket in enough time to receive. Asked if it was in stock and the reply was yes. Asked if it would arrive by the following Friday and the reply was yes. Then received an email saying that that size was not in stock and that could get a different jacket or a different size. Opted for a different size. Asked if it would arrive by the same Friday and was told yes. DID NOT ARRIVE ON FRIDAY. So, just thought it would come Monday. DID NOT COME MONDAY. GOT AN EMAIL TUESDAY TELLING ME THAT IT HAD ONLY BEEN SENT RUSH DELIVERY ON MONDAY. When I called was told that the jacket would not arrive until late Wednesday, which was the day that it was to be used. Did not have time to make sure if it was in good shape or wrinkled or have no fold lines. The young lady that I spoke to did not care about the situation or that your service department LIED. The jacket had a few fold creases. I am furious. And I am going to do everything in my power to let all persons in my vicinity know not to purchase from you. I will also write the Better Business Bureau in your city and tell them the same. In your state also and the rest of the world. Your service department made it very easy to order, but it also did not come through on its promises, causing several problems, we will never order from you again. Kevin Lawing.
