I ordered frames with prescription, I took five days the script was wrong I sent them back got several emails saying the right ones where going to shipped over 10 days still no glasses. I cancelled the order because the customer support was horrible in solving this problem. I ordered another pair and then days later there telling me to send drivers license to verify purchase, wtf. Canceled that order and went to FramesDirect.com great service glasses in a week. Then they tell me because there in two different time zones they can't check on my order. I would have gotten 3 pairs.
