We received a chair that had bad hydraulics and from the day 1 it sank every time I sat in it. Customer service line never picked up and my husband left several messages over the course of six months. I myself left two voice messages for their customer service line. Finally, I emailed them and the response was "we don't know why your chair smells and since you waited so long to tell us, we can't help you". Note, I said the chair "sinks". This is the WORST chair and the WORST customer service ever. Now we are stuck with a lemon. DO NOT BUY from this company.
