Item exchanged 6 weeks ago (I have proof of them having received it). No new item. E-mailed company and was told they will bring it to the attention of their returns department (the same one that mishandled the initial return). Still no resolution almost 2 months after return.
Horrible. Didn't ask for my business to be listed, but it is with incorrect information. Customer service horrific with no ability to correct a listing that I would prefer be removed altogether.
