Having out of stock items is a common problem for them. This is now combined with a fake ad / scam they are running offering "free" Lingerie Panties on a "secret" page that they email you... These are out of stock (no surprise) and when you contact them they will tell you that since you ordered them last year "this offer is applicable to only one item per customer" per life, presumably! They think their customers must be stupid, like the underage-looking girls that they put as their models...
Item exchanged 6 weeks ago (I have proof of them having received it). No new item. E-mailed company and was told they will bring it to the attention of their returns department (the same one that mishandled the initial return). Still no resolution almost 2 months after return.
I have tried to get the product I have ordered and paid for for a long time. Wicked Weasel has not been able to do this and their customer service gives no help at all.
I addvise everyone to just stay away from this company. The commercial looks so great but the company, shipment, guarantees and customer service will turn you down and make your purchase a problem and a sorrow.
I have now turned to Mastercard to try and get my money back.
Once upon a time there was an exclusive swimwear company that cared about its customers, was special and had great products.
Then, 8; 2017/18, management changed and realized its all about the money and customer service costs money so they decided to have their customers pay in order to show their stuff (on microminumus.com), do away with customer service, increase product prices, generate new lines by the week.
Ifs all about $$$$ now
This website is so awesome! I love skimpy swimsuits. They have a lot of really cute items. I like stuff that has interesting intricate designs while showing off more skin. It can be really difficult to find a thong swimsuit bottom, but this is much more ideal if you don’t want horrible tan lines. They have a great variety of thong bikinis to choose from. I often like going to places where you can be topless, but you still need to wear a swimsuit bottom. It is nice to at least have a thong bottom, so you don’t have a white butt.
I had ordered one swimsuit in April. Sent back immediately as it didn't fit. 3 months later I hadn't heard a word about it. Called and they had no idea about it. After about 5 emails and several hours in the phone and some digging they found out it was in holding in California waiting for a larger group of items before sending back to Australia. Said it could be a few more month and they would email or call. Never did.
Tried buying items multiple times, Customer service is a JOKE, they are using 10yo girls who work from home for customer service it feels like. Your wasting your money. No wonder they have a 1.7 rating in the world.
They make nice bikinis and TERRIBLE workout clothes. Don't waste the money. Then if you have an issue the Customer Service will do nothing to help you.
Used the 'see thru' bikini and severely faded after one use. Way expensive and fades after one use, really? Stay away.
They can't get anything right. Most appalling customer service imaginable. Everyone that works at this company must be a high school drop out.
