If I could give my review zero Stars I would have. I placed an online order and received multiple emails all of my items are on backorder. The same day I received those emails they charged my credit card. I contacted customer service six times in one day and was hung up on five times because they were more interested in getting my email address, which they should have already had, than attempting to help me figure out what was going on with my order. I have never experienced anything like this and I order online often. Buyer beware! Do not order from this company!
Tip for consumers:
Never order from catherines.com! Horrible customer service. Incorrect information on the site as to availability of items. Charged me before items shipped when they told me they would not. Absolutely a horrid experience never to be repeated!
